Returns & Exchanges

◆Return of goods / exchange is not responded except in the case of initial failure.
Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from the item arrival date for defective items due to our shop responsibility. We will exchange it with a better product. Please note that if the replacement item is out of stock it will be refundable.

Sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
So please carefully consider your purchases before making purchase.

Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receiving payment.

- International Shipping Time Estimates：
　All orders will be shipped using "International registered airmail small packet"
　（Registered Airmail + tracking number）
　Varies by destination, usually around 10 business days.

Please be aware that shipping times may be longer if your parcel is held for customs inspection in the destination country.
